I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password and need to retrieve it, simply click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. This will display a page with a box in which you need to enter the email address you registered your account with. Once this is done, click on the Forgot Password button and an email containing your new password and an activation link will be sent to you. When you receive this email, click on the activation link to activate your new password. You can then log back into your account and change your password to something more memorable by looking in the ‘Change your account details’ section of your account

Can I change my personal details?

You can change some of your account details at any time. To do so, log in to your account and click on ‘Change account details’. Here you can specify a new email address, change name, country details and account details such as your password. If you do not want to be included on Supreme Terpenes Mailing List, you can remove yourself from the subscribtion list at the bottom of each newsletter.

What is the mixing ratio?

Our Supreme Terpenes come highly concentrated, and we would recommend beginning with a 4% ratio or 1-2 drops per 1 gram for best results. It really all depends on your personal preference, but the ratios mentioned above are a good place to start for beginners, and you can then choose to either increase or decrease your daily dosage. What is Liquify?

Liquify a proprietary blend of MCT fractions made specifically for the vape industry and is also commonly known as ‘e-juice’. These are oil-like substances that can be added to your vape but does not ensure the organic and natural substances typically found in Terpenes. However similar in idea, Terpenes is vastly different to Liquify, as it carries a lot more medicinal and therapeutic uses, whereas Liquify is commonly used for smoking in e-cigarettes or vapes.

Can I dab Liquify?

We would never recommend dabbing at hot temperatures. For those that do not know what they are doing, it may be dangerous to try and work out the temperatures required to dab Liquify safely and could end in a disaster. Are your Terpenes intended for vaping?

Yes, Terpenes can be used to Vape. Our Terps are highly concentrated and need to be diluted in very low doses in another solution before use.

What is the shelf life of your products?

A proximity of 6 months is recommended to keep and use our Supreme Terpenes, as long as you keep it at a healthy room temperature and make sure to keep away from light and heat. Supreme Terpenes can last up to 12 months when kept refrigerated. Our Terpenes are stored in amber bottles from shipment until they reach you, ensuring that our product will not spoil and stay as fresh as the day it was made.

How does our Supreme Box Work?

The feature is a tool we developed to help simplify your shopping experience.

Here you get an overview of the different categories. You can select the items and flavors you want. This will filter out any unwanted products and show any corresponding products in the next step.

How do I know that you are a legitimate business?

We have various online companies and are a fully registered B.V company. We are VAT applicable and welcome any inquiries. We also run a SSL certificate from Global Sign, who are world renowned. We have real people to answer the phones and we ship and house all of our products in our own warehouse. We display our full address and contact details and you are welcome to email our customer service team with any questions you may have.

What is 'My Cart' and how do I use it?

Think of your shopping cart as an online version of a real shopping cart that you would use whenever you go to the store to buy groceries.

Just like a real shopping cart, you can add items, remove them and change the quantity of each item if you want more than one. To add an item to your shopping cart simply click on ‘Add To Cart‘ and you will be taken immediately to your cart. Here you can make adjustments to any products you may have chosen, and can remove any that you added by mistake. You can then either checkout or continue shopping. If you want to access your shopping cart without adding a product, simply click on the View Cart button available in your Shopping Cart box.

What delivery methods are available?

Supreme Terpenes has a range of shipping methods to suit both our national and international customers. These vary in cost and delivery time. Depending where you are situated, we use UPS or Asendia for shipping your packages. For shipments within Europe, the estimated time is usually 1 to 5 working days. Change your address

To change your address, please login to your account and go to the addresses section on your dashboard. If you’re trying to change an address for a recent order, give us a call as soon as possible. After your order is processed, it is not possible to change the address of your order.

Can I return my order?

No, all sales are final. Orders can be refunded prior to fulfillment and shipping but once the order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, no refunds will be issued.

Compensation is available on most delivery methods, with the exception of Standard International Mail. Placing an order

Change or cancel your order

Providing you contact us before your order is dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making the order, you should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, email or call us with your order number to hand. If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for you. If it has already been dispatched there is nothing we can do. You can refer to our returns policy for the next stage. When changing your order, please give us a call as soon as possible, preferably right after your order. We will review your order and see if it’s still possible and inform you about any further instructions if needed.

What payment methods are available?

We offer a number of payment methods to suit our customers. The most common way of ordering any item from us is with our credit card option (please note we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards). This option is the quickest way of pushing your order through and having it processed and dispatched as soon as possible. I haven't received any email after ordering

Whenever you place an order with us, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of the order you have made. As soon as your order is processed and dispatched, a shipping email is sent to you indicating that your order is now in its way to you. If you have not received these emails, it is possible they may have been caught in your spam folder. It is advisable to look through your spam and see if your confirmation emails have appeared there. You can then make adjustments to ensure that they come through to you without issue in the future. If the problem still persists, please do not hesitate to contact us. How do I know if you have received my order?

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you specified. This email will contain a summary of the products you ordered, the total cost and includes an order number which you can quote if you have any queries regarding the status of your order. You will receive a further email as soon as your order has been dispatched, indicating the order is now on its way to you. You can also go to the Order History and view your Order History.

How long will it take to process my order?

The length of time an order takes to be processed is dependent on how your details pass through our system. Whenever a customer places a credit card order, the card information is rigorously checked to ensure maximum security and prevent potential credit card fraud. Your bank will may require security checks to validate your purchase. If all of the details are correctly matched and verified, your order will be processed as soon as possible. If there are any issues, a member of staff may be required to look into the situation and may contact you to verify some details. 99.9% of orders are dispatched same day as the order placed.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your package depending on the delivery method chosen. The tracking number will be sent in a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched and on its way to you. If you have chosen a delivery method that does not feature tracking, this will not be available.

If, for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched but would still like to track your parcel, simply email us with your order number and a member of staff will supply you with the tracking number.

Can I track my order status via my account?

Yes, you can check on the status of your order or orders by logging in to your account and clicking on the ‘View current/previous orders’ link. You will then see a page entitled, and a listing of your present and past orders with their status is displayed. You can click on the order number of any particular order listed to see a listing of the products you ordered.

But you can check the tracking number sent to your email.

Payment failed or refused

When you’re ordering with credit card, for some customers it happens payments fail or refuse. Please make sure your credit card:

  • does allow international or e-commerce payments yet.
  • does have the extra 3D Secure Code.

Please contact your bank to activate international payments and/or to request a 3D Secure Code. A 3D Secure Code are not the 3 digits CVC/CVV-code on the back side.

How secure are my credit card details?

At no point do we see your card details and we do not have access to them. They are stored on a secure server and are encrypted for your protection

Can I use my PayPal account to order seeds?

No, unfortunately PayPal does not allow payments with the kind of products we are selling on our webshop. Please use one of our other available payment methods.

Can I pay my order with bank transfer?

At Supreme Terpenes you’re able to complete your order by Bank Transfer. Once you’ve passed the checkout screen with Bank Transfer enabled, you need to transfer the amount of your order including shipping costs directly into our bank account. If you choose to, please send us a confirmation e-mail after your transaction has been made with the following information:

  • Order Reference Number
  • Date of Transfer
  • Amount of Transfer
  • Currency of Transfer

Can I pay my order with cash?

Yes, you can pay orders at Supreme Terpenes by sending cash, although this isn’t recommended due to possible theft or loss in the post, which we cannot be held responsible for. If you do choose to send cash, we would advise that you seal and secure the cash as discretely and securely as possible. We would also recommend that the cash is sent with insured postage and only using paper cash.

I think I may have been charged too much for my order. Why is this?

If you think you may have been charged more than you expected, it is more than likely because we take all of our payments in Euros. This means that, in most cases, the amount specified on your bank statement is correct but is simply in your own currency, not European currency. For this reason, we ask that all our overseas customers please convert the amount showing on their bank statement into Euros and see if the amount is correct. If it is not correct and you still feel there is an issue, please contact us and we will be happy to look into the matter further.
